Dear Representative (Last Name);

I am writing to request your opposition to HR 15, the National Health Insurance Act.

This bill would establish a federal government sponsored national health insurance program, funded by a value added tax of five percent on every product or service sold in the US.  I am concerned with the ever-increasing cost of health insurance and health care, and its impact on health care in our country, but government run socialized medicine is not a solution that I support.

I strongly urge you to oppose this legislation.
