Your yearly membership pledge of $ 36.00, International
Membership, or Sustaining Membership ($100 up to $1,000 annually) will entitle you to
the following list below. The International yearly membership for Mexico and Canada is $48 (shipping only by air). Yearly membership for all other countries is $81 (shipping only by air). The Sustaining Memberships are for
those individuals who would like to contribute more than just
the cost of their membership.
