Overview of Soil And Health Library:
The Soil and Health Library began in 1997 and its content has steadily increased. The purpose is to provide hard-to-obtain information that shows how soil fertility controls the nutritional content and quality of food, and thus is linked to human health. It also offers books about holistic healing techniques, primarily those encouraging healing through dietary reform and fasting. There are also books on self-sufficient lifestyles and some social criticism that points out the hidden controlling interests that prevent rational change leading towards greater human health.
